Make a large batch of tasty oatmeal to give the whole family a great start to the day!


Ingredients
3 cups
water
1 12 cups
oats
3 tbsp
maple syrup
1 12 tbsp
Maple Kettle Popcorn Seasoning
12 cup
hemp hearts

Preparation
  1. In Round or Multipurpose Steamer, combine water, oats, maple syrup, and seasoning. Microwave uncovered on high for 5 min. Stir and cook additional 1—2 min. 
  2. Divide between 4 bowls and top with hemp hearts and berries, if desired.  
Tips

Looking for breakfast on a budget? Try substituting roasted, unsalted peanuts for hemp hearts to make sure you still get your protein!

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with a hard boiled egg and 12 cup fruit.
